Please note:

  1. Concerns and issues must be reported in a reasonable amount of time
  2. Defective/damaged items must be reported within 24 hours of purchase
  3. Cartridges and dabbables must have a reasonable amount left
  4. The product is required to receive an exchange/replacement
  5. Receipts are required to receive an exchange/replacement

Please remember returns are at the discretion of the retailer:

  1. Retailers have different return policies
  2. Some retailers may not accept returns
  3. Most retailers will not accept returns if the product was purchased at another retailer
