- Concerns and issues must be reported in a reasonable amount of time
- Defective/damaged items must be reported within 24 hours of purchase
- Cartridges and dabbables must have a reasonable amount left
- The product is required to receive an exchange/replacement
- Receipts are required to receive an exchange/replacement
