- Name of Retailer
- Retailer’s Address
- Photo of receipt
- Photo/s or video/s of product
- Concerns and issues must be reported within 30 days of purchase.
- Defective items must be reported within 7 days of purchase.
- Dabs and cartridges should have at least 50% of oil remaining for an exchange to be honored.
- The defective item must be returned to place of purchase to receive an exchange.
Please remember returns are at the discretion of the retailer:
- Retailers have different return policies
- Some retailers may not accept returns
- Most retailers will not accept returns if the product was purchased at another retailer
