Please note:

  1. Concerns and issues must be reported within 30 days of purchase.
  2. Defective items must be reported within 7 days of purchase.
  3. Dabs and cartridges should have at least 50% of oil remaining for an exchange to be honored.
  4. The defective item must be returned to place of purchase to receive an exchange.

Please remember returns are at the discretion of the retailer:

  1. Retailers have different return policies
  2. Some retailers may not accept returns
  3. Most retailers will not accept returns if the product was purchased at another retailer
