Getting Started

How do I set up my cartridge?

Our 510 threaded cartridge is compatible with any 510 threaded battery. Before using your cartridge make sure your battery is fully charged for optimal performance. Our standard pull battery comes ready to use and can be recharged with any 510 threaded USB charger. First, begin by removing the rubber coverings from the top and bottom of your cartridge and lightly tighten the cartridge to the battery. Be sure not to over-tighten which can cause the atomizer to be pushed down and hinder connection to the atomizer (metal connection plate). If you are using a standard pull battery. The heating element will activate upon inhale. Inhale softly through the mouthpiece and you will see the white light illuminate indicating a draw. Dosage is dependent on the length of inhalation. Start with a small puff and wait 2-5 minutes to gauge the effects. If you are using our Variable Voltage battery hold down the button on your battery while inhaling softly through the mouthpiece of the cartridge. Release the button to deactivate the heating element and stop inhaling. Effects will vary between individuals. The recommended dosage is dependent on individual tolerance.

How should I store my Raw Garden products?

Dabs, joints, and vapes require different storage techniques. If you are consuming your dabs immediately, please store them in a cool, dry place. For longer storage, you can place your dabs in the refrigerator, however, be sure to allow the concentrate to return to room temperature, about 5 minutes, before opening and dabbing. Joints require a cool, dry place to maintain freshness. Vapes should be kept at room temperature and away from extreme heat or cold. You should always remember to: - Keep your cartridge upright. which can help prevent issues with clogging and leaking. - Detach the cartridge from the battery when not in use. which can prevent unintentional heating. -Do not excessively use. Allow for the heating element to cool down. Be sure to never leave your vape cartridge in a hot car or places with extreme heat which can lead to leaking or defects with the cartridge or battery. Be sure to never leave your vape cartridge in a cold environment which can cause clogging and difficulty vaping.

What are the instructions for the Raw Garden battery?

Our standard pull battery is a M3 CCELL battery and comes partially charged. We recommend fully charging before first use for optimal performance. Charging is required when the light blinks 10 times. When ready to use, remove the rubber coverings from the top and bottom of your cartridge and lightly tighten the cartridge to the battery. The heating element will activate upon inhaling. Inhale softly through the mouthpiece and you will see the white light illuminate indicating a draw.

What do the aroma icon and descriptors mean on the label?

Raw Garden believes aroma drives a lot of the conversation when talking about Cannabis. It is an experience everyone can relate to and understand. The three aroma icons located on the label describe the primary (the strongest, most prominent notes), the secondary and the tertiary aromas that you will find in each strain. So you can choose what you want based on what you like. Head over to our Strain Page where you can filter by aromas to find the flavors that appeal to you.

Do you use any harmful pesticides?

No, at Raw Garden our first priority is providing the cleanest and safest products and that's why we never use conventional pesticides. We practice an organic integrated pest management (IPM) plan which is a system that incorporates cultural practices, mechanical practices, biological controls, and organic biochemical applications that allows us to keep the plant health as high as possible.

What is Raw Garden’s extraction process?

We use a proprietary cryogenic hydrocarbon extract process that uses sub-zero temperatures to extract more of the terpenes and cannabinoids we want and less of the fats and waxes we don't want.

Does Raw Garden test for heavy metals/lead?

Yes, we believe in transparency and quality, which is why our products are held to the highest internal standards and undergo rigorous testing at multiple levels before reaching you. All of the hardware utilizes advanced technology and reliable components to create products that all pass safety tests including heavy metals.

How does Raw Garden have so many strains?

We have an extensive seed library and an ongoing breeding program that helps fuel the variety of flavors and strains that are planted and harvested each year. We have invested heavily in the science of cannabis which has allowed us to focus on showcasing the unique aroma profiles expressed in the Cannabis plant.

What is Refined Live Resin™?

Refined Live Resin concentrates are the highest potency, purest concentrate we make. We wanted to showcase the most sought-after compounds that naturally occur in the plant: pure THC and Cannabis aromatics. Our RLR process captures not just the terpenes, but a complex entourage of natural cannabis aromatics that make the deep, rich flavors and aromas we enjoy.

Why did we create Refined Live Resin™️?

We created Refined Live Resin to maximize functionality and flavor while vaping. RLR has been optimized to perform in a vape cartridge by removing the waxes, fats, and lipids from our Live Resin. In the Raw Garden process, only the freshest, whole flowers are used and the strain-specific cannabis aromatics are preserved in the oil. Each batch uses only 100% pure Cannabis Live Resin; no trim, no additives, ever.

What is the difference between Raw Garden’s Live Resin and Live Sauce?

Live Resin and Live Sauce are both produced using the same process. The difference between the two is the texture and consistency, which is due to the amount of aromatic compounds (aka terpenes) produced by the plant. Each strain of Cannabis produces varying ratios of cannabinoids to aromatic compounds. Live Resin has less aromatics and is a drier, "sugary" consistency. Live Sauce has more aromatics and is a wetter, "applesauce" consistency. Both provide a flavorful and powerful experience, it is up to your preference on which one is right for you.

Does Raw Garden use any additives or fillers?

We do not use any additives in our products, ever. We believe in 100% cannabis, always.

Troubleshoot

Why is my cartridge not vaporizing?

If your cartridge is not vaporizing it may be due to poor battery connection. The atomizer (metal connection plate) is designed to move up and down to accommodate different cartridges with different depths. Loss of contact can happen when the cartridge is over-tightened causing the connection plate to be pushed down too far leading to a loss of connection. For further assistance please reach out to [email protected]

Why is my joint not staying lit?

Sometimes the flower is rolled too tight causing less airflow throughout the joint. If you find this happens to you, you can loosen the flower by rolling the joint between your index finger and thumb, or palms, for about 14-15 seconds. As if you were lengthening a piece of cookie dough. Use a little pressure as the paper is tough and will withstand a massage. This will allow the flower to loosen and provide more airflow throughout the joint for a smooth, continuous hit.

My Ready-to-use battery died before I finished my vape cartridge. What should I do?

Our Ready-to-use batteries are rechargeable. You may charge it with a 510-threaded charger that you can find at most smoke shops and convenience stores. To charge, simply screw the battery to the threaded end of the charger and plug the charger into a standard USB charging brick or a USB port on a laptop or computer.
